It is strategically critical for UK retailers to stay relevant and on top of the latest technological changes in retail. Fast-moving technology and trends are resulting in continual changes to the way consumers shop. Retailers have to remain one step ahead. 
 
UK shoppers today are often time-poor and looking to make financial savings, especially during a time of high inflation and rising taxes. Online shopping provides consumers with multiple solutions: they are quickly able to sort online shopping search results into price ascending and compare prices from competitors in seconds. They can make purchases with the quick touch of a finger, with no need to have a bank card to hand. 
 
There has also been a surge in social commerce as shoppers buy five-star-reviewed products on their social media feed instead of clicking onto a third party site. Sharon

Sharon has been a director at agp since 2003, following a highly successful managerial career in banking and finance. She has helped agp to become one of the best providers of retail recruitment services and executive coaching. 
 
Sharon has over 18 years of experience working with C-suite executives and now specialises in coaching and developing leadership skills for agp’s client base. An expert in identifying strengths to build client’s resourcefulness and positive beliefs about themselves. Similarly to Tony, Sharon is a graduate of Henley Business School and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
