Our luxury sector executive search consultants

Tony founded agp in 2003, with the vision of securing the most valuable asset for his clients: exceptional board and director-level candidates across multiple industry sectors. Tony is proud to have one of the most coveted networks of senior retail executives across the UK and Europe, spanning FMCG, travel, fashion, luxury brands, supply chain, eCommerce and multi-channel.

Tony is also a Master Executive Coach, a graduate of the prestigious Henley Business School and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition, Tony has been recognised by Influence Digest as one of the top 20 executive coaches in London.

Sharon has been a director at agp since 2003, following a highly successful managerial career in banking and finance. She has helped agp to become one of the best providers of retail recruitment services and executive coaching. 

Sharon has over 18 years of experience working with C-suite executives and now specialises in coaching and developing leadership skills for agp’s client base. She’s an expert in identifying strengths to build client’s resourcefulness and positive beliefs about themselves. Like Tony, Sharon is a graduate of Henley Business School and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
