Annual Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made on behalf of Anthony Gregg Partnership Limited (the “Company”) pursuant
to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. 
 
The Company is incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 04816874. 
 
The Company’s registered address is at 25C Nevern Square, London SW5 9PD. 
 
We are a professional services firm: providing uniquely effective search and talent management
and coaching services to corporate clients. The success of the Company depends upon us
providing intelligent, apt and ethical services. We are committed not just to complying with
current legislation relevant to our business, but also in spirit of these laws.  
 
This policy applies to the Company itself, suppliers, freelancers, members of the public and other
parties engaged with the Company's business. 
 
We look to develop and continue to strengthen our ‘partnership’ with our clients and suppliers
alike, based upon mutual respect. We are selective and will carefully choose only those suppliers,
who share our values. Those who are committed to demonstrating only the highest professional
standards, who work with integrity and have an ethical approach in how they conduct their
business. 
 
Due to the nature of what we do, our supply chain consists mainly of professional services
suppliers: serviced office suppliers, digital marketing consultancy, IT services, etc. We believe that
our supply chain is, therefore, low risk as regards slavery and/or human trafficking but will remain
vigilant and committed to take the appropriate action should suspicions arise. We continue to
work to the principals and ethics of our Labour and Human Rights policies when conducting our
due diligence. All employees are trained in these policies and the process to raise concerns, should
they suspect that slavery or human trafficking maybe taking place within our supply chain.
