Sharon

Sharon transitioned from a successful managerial career in banking and finance to becoming a director at agp in 2003. With over 18 years of experience coaching C-suite executives, she now specialises in leadership development for AGP’s clients. Sharon excels in identifying strengths, fostering self-belief, and enhancing resourcefulness, which has been integral to agp’s success in retail recruitment and executive coaching. Like Tony, Sharon is a graduate of Henley Business School and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
