What is executive team coaching?

Executive Team Coaching focuses on creating an effective group dynamic rather than on individual development. It is designed to produce high-performing senior teams whose skills complement one another and who work together to achieve overarching business ambitions.

The most effective teams are strongly aligned with the goals of the organisation and collaborate effectively to support team members in achieving those goals.

At the highest level of the organisation, main boards, executive boards and operating boards can all benefit from coaching that helps optimise individual contributions and build a sense of collective team responsibility.

What is the executive team coaching process with AGP?

Our programmes are flexible, however we suggest a minimum of four sessions is required to put teams firmly on the path to sustained self-improvement.
