What is transformational business coaching?

Transformational Coaching supports and energises senior executives who want to develop their behaviours so they are capable of motivational and inspirational leadership. What does the transformational coaching process involve at AGP?

Leaders who benefit from Transformational Coaching at AGP will become part of a leadership development programme which helps them adopt the behaviours of highly effective leaders.

The programme considers the leadership style of the particular organisation and how a transformational style of leadership that motivates and inspires others can complement existing leadership team capabilities such as planning, budgeting, organisation and control.

We begin with a complimentary discovery session prior to any coaching, to explore how you and your coach might work together.

Our programmes are flexible, however we suggest a minimum of four sessions is then required to put you firmly on the path to sustained self-improvement.

A session normally lasts for two hours. We think of the process in terms of a two-way conversation during which our coach will ask powerful questions and challenge current thinking, feelings or behaviours in a safe and confidential space.

Our carefully curated questions help you self-identify your own solutions, so you instinctively know the actions you need to take to improve your performance.

Flexibility is key and our coaches will make themselves available to ensure clients achieve their desired goals, in their given timeframes.
