How AGP conducts virtual coaching:
Whether face-to-face or virtual, our coaching process is the same. We begin with a complimentary discovery session prior to any coaching, to explore how you and your coach might work together.
Our programmes are flexible, however we suggest a minimum of four sessions is then required to put executives firmly on the path to sustained self-improvement.
A session normally lasts for two hours. We think of the process in terms of a two-way conversation during which our coach will ask powerful questions and challenge current thinking, feelings or behaviours in a safe and confidential space. Our carefully curated questions help you self-identify your own solutions, so you instinctively know the actions you need to take to improve your performance.
Flexibility is key and our coaches will make themselves available to ensure clients achieve their desired goals, in their given timeframes. Virtual coaching is the perfect fit in these circumstances since it is not constrained by regular working hours.

Tony
Tony established agp in 2003 with the vision of helping clients access outstanding board and director-level talent across a variety of industries. Since then, he has curated a prestigious network of senior executives across the UK and Europe, including sectors such as fashion, FMCG, supply chain, eCommerce, luxury brands and multi-channel.
A graduate of the internationally recognised Henley Business School, Tony is a Master Executive Coach and active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He was named one of London’s top 20 executive coaches by Influence Digest.
Sharon
Following a highly successful managerial career in banking and finance, Sharon has been a director at agp since 2003. With over 18 years of experience working with C-suite executives, she now specialises in coaching and developing leadership skills for agp’s clients. Sharon is an expert in identifying strengths and fostering clients’ resourcefulness and positive self-beliefs, playing a key role in helping agp become one of the leading providers of retail recruitment services and executive coaching. Like Tony, Sharon is a graduate of Henley Business School and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
