A graduate of the internationally recognised Henley Business School, Tony is a Master Executive Coach and active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He was named one of London’s top 20 executive coaches by Influence Digest.

Sharon 

Following a highly successful managerial career in banking and finance, Sharon has been a director at agp since 2003. With over 18 years of experience working with C-suite executives, she now specialises in coaching and developing leadership skills for agp’s clients. Sharon is an expert in identifying strengths and fostering clients’ resourcefulness and positive self-beliefs, playing a key role in helping agp become one of the leading providers of retail recruitment services and executive coaching.
