Our 1-2-1 coaching supports women who want to excel in a leadership role and be recognised for the valuable business contribution they make.
Self-learning is at the heart of our approach. We work within a framework that helps you achieve the self-awareness, confidence and adaptability that empowers you to seize career opportunities, make better decisions, improve communication and enjoy stronger working relationships.
You will quickly begin to understand how you have the capability, resourcefulness and potential to maximise your own performance.
We begin with a complimentary discovery session prior to any coaching, to explore how you and your coach might work together.
Our programmes are flexible, however we suggest a minimum of four sessions is then required to put you firmly on the path to sustained self-improvement.
A session normally lasts for two hours. We think of the process in terms of a two-way conversation during which our coach will ask powerful questions and challenge current thinking, feelings or behaviours in a safe and confidential space. Our carefully curated questions help you self-identify your own solutions, so you instinctively know the actions you need to take to improve your outcomes.
Flexibility is key and our coaches will make themselves available to ensure you achieve your desired goals, within your own timeframes.
