A difficult question to answer as much depends upon the number of challenges you may face, what you may want to change and how much time and energy you are willing to invest in yourself. We recommend an initial four sessions and review your progress after that.
Good question. We start off with an initial, informal discussion which enables our coach to learn more about you and, more importantly, you to learn more about our coach.
You will discover how the coach will coach you, the approach they will take and the tools they will use to ensure you get the most out of your time together. It is very much a mutual agreement to begin coaching.
