What does AGP’s senior executive coaching process look like?

Self-learning is at the heart of our approach. We create bespoke development plans that identify individual strengths, highlight areas for improvement and set personal and professional goals.

By working in partnership, over time, senior executives achieve the self-awareness and adaptability that empowers them to make better decisions, improve communication and enjoy stronger working relationships.

Our unrivalled knowledge of business and client culture allows us to develop behaviours that enable people to unlock their potential faster and deliver outstanding results for the organisation.

Our programmes are flexible, however we suggest a minimum of four sessions is required to put executives firmly on the path to sustained self-improvement. We also offer a complimentary discovery session prior to any coaching, to explore how you and your coach might work together.

A session normally lasts for two hours. We think of the process in terms of a two-way conversation during which our coach will ask powerful questions and challenge current thinking, feelings or behaviours. Our carefully curated questions help you self-identify your own solutions, so you instinctively know the actions you need to take to improve your performance.

Our coaches understand the urgency for some coaching needs and will make themselves available to ensure clients achieve their desired goals, in their given timeframes.

Tony

Tony founded AGP in 2003 with a clear vision: to connect clients with exceptional board and director-level talent across a range of industries. Over time, he has cultivated a prestigious network of senior executives across the UK and Europe, spanning sectors such as fashion, FMCG, supply chain, e-commerce, luxury brands, and multichannel. A graduate of the renowned Henley Business School, Tony is a Master Executive Coach and an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He was also named one of London’s top 20 executive coaches by Influence Digest.

Sharon

Sharon transitioned from a successful managerial career in banking and finance to become a director at AGP in 2003. With more than 18 years of experience coaching C-suite executives, she specialises in leadership development for AGP’s clients. Like Tony, Sharon is a Henley Business School graduate and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
