What is senior executive coaching and how could it help you?

Senior executive coaching develops skills and behaviours in ways that deliver exceptional results for the organisation.

Our Executive Coaches help identify an individual’s strengths and key areas for development and create a bespoke plan to harness their skills, improve their weaknesses and unleash their potential.

Our collaborative, creative coaching is tailored to the specific individual and business need. We work with clients to understand your expectations for the coaching programme. We then develop tailored plans that align with the objectives of all stakeholders and deliver the desired results for the organisation.

Through 1-2-1 sessions with our Executive Coaches we create a strong and trusting partnership that builds personal confidence and provides individuals with the tools and techniques they need to master their personal and professional challenges.

What does AGP’s senior executive coaching process look like?

Self-learning is at the heart of our approach. We create bespoke development plans that identify individual strengths, highlight areas for improvement and set personal and professional goals.

By working in partnership, over time, senior executives achieve the self-awareness and adaptability that empowers them to make better decisions, improve communication and enjoy stronger working relationships.

Our unrivalled knowledge of business and client culture allows us to develop behaviours that enable people to unlock their potential faster and deliver outstanding results for the organisation.

Our programmes are flexible, however we suggest a minimum of four sessions is required to put executives firmly on the path to sustained self-improvement. We also offer a complimentary discovery session prior to any coaching, to explore how you and your coach might work together.

A session normally lasts for two hours. We think of the process in terms of a two-way conversation during which our coach will ask powerful questions and challenge current thinking, feelings or behaviours. Our carefully curated questions help you self-identify your own solutions, so you instinctively know the actions you need to take to improve your performance.

Our coaches understand the urgency for some coaching needs and will make themselves available to ensure clients achieve their desired goals, in their given timeframes.
