This market leading and highly respected retailer require an experienced Technology Director to join their fast-expanding development technology team. A key member of the SLT, you will be responsible for leading and building a top tier software engineering team and be at the forefront of their transformational products. Although a functional expert, you will also have outstanding influencing and interpersonal skills, combined with a customer-focused mentality and at the forefront of all your decision making.
The ideal candidate will have experience with customer-focused omni-channel engagement within a retail or consumer-led environment. In addition, you will be able to work at pace in a complex organisation and be commercially aware. All this experience would have been gained within a fast -paced a consumer facing environment.
