Working for this International FMCG manufacturing business, this newly created Group Customer Director role will write , develop and implement the Customer strategy and will be instrumental in helping the business to become best in class for customer service and to develop other channels of engaging with the existing customer base and potential customers. Working closely alongside your manufacturing, Sales and Trading teams, you will facilitate cultural change within the business ensuring that the Customer Service agenda drives actual business performance delivering demonstrable results to the profitability. Leading a large team you will be required to think about the customer strategically, looking to build long term relationships with the customer base. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in initiating, developing and implementing a successful customer-led service strategy I, which will have been gained within a FMCG manufacturing business .
