What makes a great interim HR director?
Interim HR directors bring outside knowledge and fresh perspectives to a business when it’s most required.
All great interim HR directors need to have a forward-thinking approach. They’ll need to stay ahead of any potential challenges before they arise and constantly look to the future for opportunities. And whenever problems do occur, HR directors must come up with strategic resolutions. Since HR is focused on the people within a business, they’ll also need to show excellent communication skills. Not only do HR directors need to present their own ideas, they’ll also need to listen to the needs of others and encourage employees to communicate openly.
