This highly regarded, specialist high street retailer, require an outstanding Interim Director of Trading Product and Merchandising expert, to work alongside their newly formed leadership team, to develop and translate their product and merchandising strategy across their retail estate and digital channels. In addition, you will lead the development of product ranges that deliver competitive advantage, against distinct competitor sets for each brand, ensuring margin targets are achieved by individual product category.
The ideal candidate will have proven Trading, Product and Merchandising experience, with a track record of successfully developing and delivering strategic initiatives, that have delivered exceptional results in a demanding, retail environment. This will have been gained within a ‘Blue-chip’, multi-site, fashion, or luxury retail environment.
