£Six-Figure Basic salary + Bonus

This market-leading and highly respected retailer in high street retailing, require an experienced HR professional.
Reporting to the Group Chief Executive, the HR Director, will be lead a large HR team to ensure colleagues within their group are developed to deliver the business plan integral to the strategic aims and objectives of the business. This will include the ongoing development, review and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures that cement the companies values and culture. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience of working within a consumer-facing environment, which will ideally have been within a highly complex, fast-paced retail environment. This retailer offers modern working practices, such as working from home but will include 2/3 days based at their head office in Central London.
