This market-leading specialist retailer, known and well respected in their chosen field, requires an experienced multi-site, Retail Operations professional to help spearhead the next stage of exciting growth and consolidation. Reporting to the newly appointed Retail Director, you will lead motivate and inspire a large team of regional managers, based throughout the UK, to achieve the sales and desired results. In addition, you will work alongside your head office colleagues, to develop long-term, strategic alliances with your suppliers ensuring a long-term, mutually beneficial win-win partnership, exists between both parties.
You will already be a highly motivational leader, sales driven, with outstanding interpersonal skills, who recognises the importance of a short term and long-term strategic approach. All of this will have been gained within a specialist high street, retail environment.
