Midlands Based/Home working

Working for this industry-renowned and highly respected leader in their specialist field, you will assume responsibility for rationalising the supplier base and devise and implement negotiating disciplines and processes , ensuring a healthy ‘win-win’ partnerships exists between both parties. The successful candidate will be a buying/category management specialist and have demonstrable experience of successfully, transforming and implementing, robust category plans and processes. All of this will have been gained within a fmcg/retail environment.

The role will be Midlands based and the candidate must be prepared to based a minimum of 3 days per week there. The role is expected to last a minimum of 6-12 months and most likely to be extended , or lead to a permanent position.
