candidates

“My dealings with AGP have been as a candidate,
but the approach made me feel more like a client.”

What are candidates if not clients? - whether because they’ll ultimately be the ‘end product’ of an assignment or because every one is future business in the bud, at Anthony Gregg we see and treat candidates with the respect they’re due.

That includes:

keeping you informed
We don’t like being kept in the dark. We don’t suppose you do, either. From start to finish of the recruitment process - which even in the best of companies can for good reason be lengthy and complex - you will never be left to wonder where you’re at.

keeping your confidence
Obvious but important - and, we regret, far too often more honoured in the breach than the observance. If there are companies, people or project teams you don’t want hearing your name, tell us; and they won’t hear it from us.

keeping it real
We’re delighted to hear often from candidates that we make them feel valued; but the value would be nil if it weren’t based on candour. We expect and convey feedback from all employers on all candidates; we’re honest in our evaluation; and we’re constructive in our advice.

It comes down to this: our reputation among the people we place lives on trust. If you’re the best person for a role we’ll move heaven and earth to help you secure it. If you’re not, or if it’s not the right move for you, we’ll say so. It makes our opinion worth having.
